CARE HOMES IN KERALA · VISITED IN PERSON, BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Choosing care for your parent takes more than a good first impression.
We research 3–5 care homes in Kerala around your parent's needs. You approve the list; we visit and document what we can verify — with photographs, reports and clear concerns to help your family decide.
Initial shortlist within 2 weeks. All agreed reports within 3 weeks — both timelines begin when we receive your requirements. Reports for every approved home. Interior checks where access is permitted.
We'll contact you on WhatsApp within 6 hours of payment.

A report on eachwhat we saw — and what we could not
You pay before we start. That is how we stay independent: no care home pays us anything — no listing fee, no commission, nothing for a place on your shortlist. Interior checks depend on each home granting access; where it is refused we tell you and give a clearly labelled external assessment instead.
UNDERSTAND WHAT THE REPORT TELLS YOU
A claim and a checked fact deserve different labels.
Look inside an illustrative report. Each finding connects your family's question to the evidence, the concern and what it could mean for your parent.
Observed during visitDocument reviewedReported by homeNot confirmed
A date and source make the limits clear. A daytime visit cannot verify overnight staffing; an unanswered question stays unanswered.
A night-duty roster lists two carers. A nurse is listed for daytime hours only.

What still needs checking
The roster does not establish who is actually present overnight.

AFTER PAYMENT
Tell us what matters.
We contact you on WhatsApp within 6 hours. Share your requirements and your family's questions. We confirm when we have received them and the dates for your list and reports.
02
HOMES FOR YOUR APPROVAL · WITHIN 2 WEEKS*
Review the homes. Approve the list.
We research 3–5 homes, explain their potential fit and check reviewer access. You see the named homes and known restrictions before explicitly approving the list. We plan visits after your approval.
Your approval changes the cancellation refund from 100% to 50%. Silence is never approval.
03
VISITS & PROGRESS UPDATES
We visit and follow the evidence.
We carry out accessible checks, review available documents, and take photos and videos where permitted. We speak with staff and willing residents, and ask your custom questions. We tell you what we could not check.
04
ALL REPORTS & FINDINGS · WITHIN 3 WEEKS*
Compare the findings. Choose with care.
Receive a report for every approved home, a comparison, a one-page decision summary and our three recommendations with reasons and concerns. We agree fewer recommendations with you if needed, without padding the list with unsuitable homes.
Keep in touch for help understanding the reports, including an optional walkthrough. The final decision stays with your family.
* Both deadlines share one starting date: when we receive your requirements. We confirm your due dates and share progress updates. If approval is delayed or you request a pause, we agree a revised date with you and preserve your refund rights.

We record findings and their evidence, including concerns, unavailable information and relevant specialised care checks. Permitted photos, videos and interviews support the report; they do not replace the written findings.
Before you approve the list, we explain who is handling your search and disclose any relevant financial relationships with the homes. You can ask us about the team and how visits are organised before paying.
Your reports distinguish what was observed, documented, reported or not confirmed. Your family's questions, known access restrictions and open concerns stay visible through to the recommendations.

When interior access is not possible
We tell you and supply a Limited external assessment, distinct from an Visit Report. It covers what can be checked externally, such as approach roads and nearby hospitals.
Care, staffing, medication practices and residents' experience inside remain unverified. There is no care-quality score; a nearby hospital does not establish an emergency-care arrangement.
Further checks or repeat visits will be considered where possible, without a guarantee. A genuinely fresh search in another area is a new order at a reduced price quoted for its requirements; continuing the agreed search is not automatically a new order.
Clear refund stages
The stage is determined when you request cancellation.

After approval, before the complete report set is delivered
50%

No cancellation refund
After all agreed reports are delivered, the service fee is non-refundable because the work is complete.
Delivery means every agreed report, the comparison and recommendations, with limitations disclosed. Three of five reports is not a complete delivery. The full-refund exception below still applies.
If we deliver fewer than three reports
If we deliver fewer than three reports, you're eligible for a full refund unless the shortfall is caused by one of the two situations below.
A home refuses reviewer access or allows only family members to visit. We explain the restriction and provide a clearly labelled limited assessment of what can be checked externally.
No homes meet your requirements in the requested area, and you choose not to widen the search.
An exception applies only to work it prevents. It does not remove an otherwise applicable stage-based cancellation refund.
Go and see the homes yourself — but know what to ask.
The ₹99 Visit Kit is the same groundwork in your own hands: 30 questions to ask on a visit, the fee questions that surface charges nobody quotes, and a sheet to compare three homes side by side. 8 pages, instant download.
Or come back to the full service whenever you are ready.
BEFORE YOU DECIDE
A few things worth knowing.
Can you include a home our family already knows?+
Yes. Tell us which homes you have in mind and we prioritise them during research. We discuss how they fit your parent’s needs and apply the same checks. You approve the named list before we plan visits.
What happens if a home will not let a reviewer inside?+
We ask about access during research and disclose known restrictions before approval. If access is refused or only family visits are allowed, we tell you and provide a clearly labelled limited external assessment. Internal care, staffing and medication practices remain unverified. A family visit may be the next step. The refund stages and two specified exceptions are set out above.
What if the findings are poor or fewer homes are suitable?+
We report the concerns. A completed visit with poor findings is still useful, delivered work. We aim to recommend three homes with reasons and trade-offs, but will never fill the list with unsuitable choices. We discuss widening the search or fewer recommendations with your agreement. You still receive the reports for every approved home.
What if we need to search a wider area?+
We discuss a wider area if the original search has too few suitable homes. A continuation of the agreed search does not automatically become a new paid order. A genuinely fresh search in a different area is a new order at a reduced price, quoted for the new requirements. We agree any changed scope and dates with you first.
Can this help with an urgent placement?+
The initial list is due within two weeks of receiving your requirements; all reports and comparison are due within three weeks from that same date. This is not an emergency-placement or daily monitoring service. Tell us about a pressing deadline before paying so we can discuss whether the service is suitable.
Can I pay from outside India?+
Checkout is in Indian rupees through Dodo Payments, as a one-time payment. You do not need an Indian bank account or UPI. Your card provider applies its own exchange rate where relevant. Care-home fees and deposits are separate. If a payment link is needed, we clearly show that payment is still pending.
What help is available after we receive the reports?+
Keep in touch for help understanding the findings, including an optional report walkthrough. Your comparison includes a one-page decision summary and open questions. We try to accommodate extra checks or another visit where possible; these are not guaranteed. A call is optional; you can continue the conversation in writing.
How do you account for our parent’s wishes and our family’s questions?+
We start with your parent’s needs, preferences and wishes, including language, meals, routines, location and budget. Family members can contribute questions. Each custom question receives an answer or a clear status explaining what remains unconfirmed. You can share the reports privately with family and advisers; the final care-home decision stays with your family.
Still weighing it up? You can start with the ₹99 Visit Kit and do the visits yourself, then ask us to take over at any point.
