- • With Care Homes: When you ask us to inquire or investigate homes, we use the minimum requirements needed to assess fit. We ask permission before sharing identifying contact or health information. A researched home may not yet have been visited by GetCareIndia.
- • With Family Members: Information you choose to share through our family collaboration features
- • With Service Providers: Trusted third-party services that help us operate our platform (with strict data protection agreements)
What We Never Share

- • We do not send your care requirements, health information or private notes to advertising analytics
- • We do not share identifying information with a care home without your permission
- • We do not forward private family discussions or add relatives to a conversation without your choice
Family Shortlist service
Before payment, we collect the contact details needed for your request and receipt. After payment, we contact you on WhatsApp to understand the requirements. Share information about your parent with their involvement and permission where possible, or appropriate authority to act for them.
We retain order, payment-status, approval and service records to fulfil your request and handle support or refunds. Payment details are processed by our payment provider. Service notifications use our email provider; WhatsApp communications are also subject to WhatsApp's privacy practices. General page and checkout events may be measured as described under Cookies and Tracking; care details and free-text family notes are excluded from those events.
Visit photos, videos and interviews require permission. We avoid exposing resident identities, medical records and private conversations in family-facing reports. You choose which family members or advisers receive your reports. Ask us to correct information, discuss retention or request deletion using the contact details below.
