For homes we visit, our team goes to the location to review the care environment and gather information. The report records the scope of that visit.

The assessment brings together the areas reviewed, visit findings and supporting information. Read the detail as well as the score to understand what was observed and what needs a closer look.

A home without a verified badge may not have been visited, or may not meet the verification criteria. Check its listing and any available visit information rather than assuming why a badge is absent.
How recent is a Visit Report?
The date is shown with the visit. Conditions can change after a visit, so use that date and confirm current arrangements directly with the home.
What do I pay for?
Browsing the directory is free. Full Visit Reports are optional paid purchases. The report page shows the price and access details before checkout.
