Devadeyam Elder Village

Devadeyam Elder Village is a residential senior-living community developed and run by Shanthibhavan Palliative Hospital, a project of the Franciscan Sisters of St. Clare Charitable Trust. Located in the same compound as the palliative hospital at Pallissery, Arattupuzha, Thrissur, it is positioned as a modern residential concept for those who want a stress-free life with complete assisted medical services and special care for senior citizens.

Residents can buy or lease villas across phases of the project (Phase III at Pallissery and the Phase IV villa project at Elthuruth, whose foundation stone was laid on 18 February 2023). Bookings have been offered in tiers such as Silver and Super Silver class. The community advertises amenities including separate swimming pools for gents, ladies and kids, a multi-cuisine and open-air restaurant, club house with indoor games, an open-air theatre, walkways, a rock garden and music fountain, commercial stores, centralized laundry, and a vehicle facility with tracking.

Medical support is provided through the adjacent Shanthibhavan Palliative Hospital, including free palliative care for bedridden patients, physiotherapy, dialysis, a hi-tech automated laboratory, an early medical and cancer detection institute, a non-profit pharmacy, 24/7 emergency home care and an emergency control room.
