Government Old Age Home, Kozhikode

The Government Old Age Home, Kozhikode is a state-run residential care facility for elderly persons aged 60 and above. It operates from the Social Justice Complex at Vellimadukunnu and is administered by the Kozhikode Corporation under the Kerala Department of Social Justice. Admission is free of cost and is intended for senior citizens, particularly those who are destitute, orphaned, or have no family to care for them.

The home aims to restore dignity to ageing residents by providing shelter, food, and care to elderly people in the later stages of life who have no one to look after them.
