Graceland Foundation is a boutique, self-contained retirement community for senior citizens (typically aged 55+), set across 3.5 acres of greenery in the village of Mulanthuruthy, a short drive from Kochi in Ernakulam district, Kerala. Promoted by a group of senior citizens led by former advertising professional K. George John, it was established around 2020 as one of Kerala's early luxury post-retirement living projects for the affluent.
The community offers two accommodation formats: 17 fully-furnished 2-BHK independent private villas (each on about four cents of land) and 40 fully-furnished 1-BHK apartment units, with a total capacity of around 50 residents. Units are offered on ownership or lifetime-lease terms. A 16,000 sq. ft. clubhouse anchors community life, with a library of 4,000+ books, a mini cinema, indoor games room, a yoga and meditation hall, and an open-air amphitheatre for music and cultural gatherings.
On-site care includes an in-house 3-bed clinic providing medical and paramedical support, 24-hour nursing, doctors on call, and an ambulance service, along with organic gardens and golf carts for resident mobility within the campus.
