Heavenly Mansions, branded as St. Teresa's Senior Living, is a premium senior citizen township in Nadathara, Thrissur, Kerala. It is owned and managed by the Congregation of the Carmelite Sisters of St. Teresa (CSST), with a corporate office at the St. Teresa's Center for Management and Studies on Convent Road, Cochin. The project is planned on approximately 3.5 acres and is landscaped with coconut, jackfruit, mango, breadfruit and nutmeg trees.

The campus comprises two-story buildings (about 10,000 sq. ft. each) offering studio-type units (Heavenly Mansion 1, ~450 sq. ft., single occupancy) and executive units (Heavenly Mansion 2, ~550 sq. ft., double occupancy), along with customized 1BHK and 2BHK villas. All units feature wheelchair-friendly bathrooms with anti-slippery tiles and grab rails. Common amenities include a swimming pool, an approximately 1 km jogging track, common dining hall and kitchen, an Ayurvedic massage center, high-speed emergency lifts and ramps, Wi-Fi, 24/7 security with CCTV, and modern fire safety systems.

Marketed as a 4-star care center, the facility offers a tiered model spanning independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing care, with staff on call 24/7. Care services include personal care and hygiene support, medication management, nutrition/dietary support, an on-call physician and nursing team, and social and recreational activities. The facility is operated by a religious congregation that also runs other old age homes, a palliative care unit and educational centers across Kerala.
