Season Two Senior Living - Pattom is a rental retirement and assisted living community located at Koluthara Towers, Marappalam Road, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram. Operated by Season Two (part of the SP Life Care Group), it was the operator's pilot senior living project, launched around 2017. The Pattom community comprises 36 geriatric-friendly rental apartment units with shared and single options, an in-house kitchen with community dining, a doctor's consulting room, a nursing station, and an Ayurveda treatment center.

The facility provides three tiers of care: independent (active) living, assisted living, and continuous care with round-the-clock medical support for mobility-challenged and bed-bound seniors. Specialized memory care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer's is offered, along with post-hospitalization recovery and stroke and neuro rehabilitation support. Services include onsite licensed nurses, medication management, personalized meal planning, recreational and wellness activities, housekeeping, and laundry.

Safety features include 24/7 security personnel, CCTV surveillance, and emergency response systems, with flexible family visiting hours. Season Two operates four communities across Kerala (Pattom, Pettah and Peroorkada in Trivandrum, and Kakkanad in Kochi) and reports over 100 qualified staff. The operator is ISO certified.
