Swastham Eco Village

Swastham Eco Village is a K-RERA registered senior living and retirement community located at Kanni Paramba, Mavoor, Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala, along the Mavoor-Mukkam Road. Developed by Swastham Eco Village LLP (incorporated June 2024), the project offers fully furnished, senior-friendly private villas set within an eco-friendly campus featuring coconut groves, organic kitchen gardens, walking trails and green community spaces.

Residents are supported by 24x7 nursing and clinical care, an Ayurvedic wellness center, yoga and meditation, physiotherapy and therapy consultations. The community provides farm-to-table organic meals, dining and nutrition services, housekeeping, a clubhouse, recreation and cultural facilities, transportation/buggy service, WiFi and round-the-clock security.

Villas are offered in three tiers (Silver, Gold and Platinum) sharing the same design but built with different material grades. The project is RERA registered under No. K-RERA/PRJ/KKD/052/2025. Specific bed counts, villa pricing and possession dates were not published on the public sources reviewed and require direct confirmation with the developer.
