Tharavad Homes is a waterfront luxury retirement and assisted-living community for seniors located at Meloor, on the bank of the Chalakudy River, a few kilometres from Kochi International Airport (Nedumbassery) and Athirapally Falls. Developed by Tharavad Properties Private Limited, the community is set within about 3 acres of greenery with around 350 feet of river frontage and offers a range of apartment options from studio units to luxury two-bedroom homes (Type A to Type E).

The facility provides personalized assisted living with a 24/7 nursing station staffed by qualified personnel, an in-house or on-call physician, and priority access through tie-ups with tertiary-care hospitals including Apollo Adlux Hospital (Karukutty) and Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (Edappally, Kochi). Daily-living support includes multi-cuisine dining, daily housekeeping, weekly laundry of linens plus personal laundry, ironing and stitching, driver services, and round-the-clock security.
