The Rainbow by Alive Lifespaces

The Rainbow by Alive Lifespaces is a retirement community for residents aged above 50, located at Puliyarakonam (Vilappil), Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Spread over roughly two acres, the project offers residences in 1 BHK, 1 BHK + Study and 2 BHK apartment formats along with 2 BHK villas, where residents own their homes and live independently within a managed community. It is developed by Alive Lifespaces, the senior-living vertical of the Trivandrum-based Alive group, and was designed by architect Dr. Benny Kuriakose with a focus on sustainable, green architecture.

The community is built around a holistic wellness philosophy spanning six dimensions: physical, intellectual, emotional, occupational, social and spiritual wellness. On-site care support includes a nursing centre, 24-hour doctor on-call service, 24-hour ambulance, preventive health check-ups, physiotherapy and podiatry, maintained medical records, and trained assisted-living caregivers available on demand for an additional fee.

Amenities include a swimming pool, geriatric gym, library, clinic, salon, spa, mini theatre, party/activity halls, conference halls, a restaurant with a diet kitchen, walking track and gardens, plus support services such as housekeeping, laundry, intercom, Wi-Fi, dietician-supervised meals and on-demand driver services. The project is RERA-registered (K-RERA/PRJ/142/2020).
