Vedaanta Verandah Gardens is a senior-living and retirement community set on about 2.87 acres on the banks of the Kadambrayar River, roughly a 10-minute drive from Kakkanad in Kochi. The community comprises fully furnished, wheelchair-friendly apartments in residential blocks, with single- and double-occupancy units across three layout types (approximately 853 to 1,326 sq ft). The project was developed by Infra Housing and is marketed and operated under the Vedaanta Senior Living brand.

The community is designed for senior safety and convenience, with anti-skid tiles, grab rails, wider wheelchair-friendly pathways and doorways, soft-touch taps, 24-hour hot running water and a solar power system. Residents have access to nutritious daily dining, on-call doctor and paramedical/nursing care, 24/7 security with CCTV, housekeeping and maintenance, and a landscaped courtyard.
